Shipping Charges

  • Shipping cost is included in the product price.

  • There are no additional shipping fees charged at checkout.

  • The price you see on the product page is the final price for delivery within India.


Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

You will receive a shipping confirmation message/email once your order is dispatched.


Shipping Locations

Currently, Fortenza delivers to:

  • All serviceable locations across India

International shipping is not available at this time.


Estimated Delivery Time

  • Orders are typically delivered within 5–10 business days after dispatch.

  • Delivery timelines may vary based on location, courier availability, or unforeseen circumstances.


Order Tracking

  • Tracking details will be shared once your order is shipped.

  • You can track your order using the courier partner’s tracking link provided to you.


Returns & Shipping Deduction

  • If you choose to return an order, a flat ₹100 will be deducted from the total order amount.

  • This deduction covers reverse shipping and handling charges.

  • The remaining balance will be processed as per our return and refund policy.

Please note:

  • The ₹100 deduction applies only in case of returns.

  • Shipping charges included in the product price are non-refundable.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective item

  • An incorrect product

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the package and product.
We will review the issue and assist you with a resolution.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.
Fortenza is not liable for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
