Shipping Charges

Shipping cost is included in the product price.
There are no additional shipping fees charged at checkout.
The price you see on the product page is the final price for delivery within India.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

You will receive a shipping confirmation message/email once your order is dispatched.

International shipping is not available at this time.

Estimated Delivery Time

Orders are typically delivered within 5–10 business days after dispatch.
Delivery timelines may vary based on location, courier availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Tracking details will be shared once your order is shipped.
You can track your order using the courier partner’s tracking link provided to you.

Returns & Shipping Deduction

If you choose to return an order, a flat ₹100 will be deducted from the total order amount.
This deduction covers reverse shipping and handling charges.
The remaining balance will be processed as per our return and refund policy.

Please note:

The ₹100 deduction applies only in case of returns.
Shipping charges included in the product price are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

A damaged product
A defective item
An incorrect product

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the package and product.
We will review the issue and assist you with a resolution.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.
Fortenza is not liable for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
